ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 - 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 - 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 3 days using Royal Mail tracked 48, delivery standard is 2 - 5 days. Flat rate shipping fee of applies to orders shipping withing the United Kingdom. International shipping fees are based on weight.

We offer £4.50 flat rate shipping to United Kingdom. 

Free shipping for orders over £100.

EU (European Union) SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We offer £15.00 flat rate shipping to European Union. 

Free shipping for orders over £100.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight of delivery.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Noisy Boy Clothing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tariq@noisyboyclothing.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
