Shipping

- Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for us to complete and dispatch your order. (Not including Pre-Order items)

- All UK orders will be sent Royal Mail tracked 48. Tracking numbers will be sent upon dispatch of your item. *Free UK shipping on orders £85+*

- All International orders will be sent via International tracked. Tracking numbers will be sent upon dispatch of your item. *Free shipping on orders £110+ ($130+)*

Shipping time from dispatch:

UK = 2 - 5 working days.
Europe = 5 - 9 working days.
United States of America = 8 - 10 working days.
Rest of the World = 11 - 19 working days.

- If you believe your parcel is missing please wait up to 15 days from your order date before getting in touch with us. -

* Noisy Boy Clothing accepts no responsibility for any additional customs charges, import duties or fees set by border control once your package has left us.
* Noisy Boy Clothing accepts no responsibility for any loss in transit due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure all information is entered accurately at the time of purchase. If an address is entered incorrectly please contact us immediately.

International shipping price and weight calculation:

* 1 shirt is equal to 250g

Up to 250g = £16
250g to 500g = £18
500g to 750 = £21
750g to 1kg = £24
1kg to 1.25kg = £27
1.25 to 1.50kg = £30

Returns

We get it, sometimes its hard to perfectly guess your size or look over the internet. Not a problem! We accept exchanges on all eligible items (sale items are non returnable). Please refer to our sizing chart in the item description thoroughly before purchase.

Please e-mail us regarding the issue over on our contact page and we will send out a returns address.

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from purchase, if 30 days or more have passed you unfortunately no longer qualify for a return. Please note your refund will be for PRODUCT PRICE ONLY, postage fees are non-refundable. 

* It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the return shipping cost and to contact us in regards to receiving a return shipping address. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty fees. * 

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect the item and ship out the replacement as soon as possible or issue a refund. For an exchange, you will be provided with a new tracking number for the item.

Please note, all exchange or refund items MUST be provided in original condition to be accepted. Clothing must not appear worn, washed or smell in anyway. If your returned item appears to be used, we reserve the right to send the item back to the customer and refuse the exchange/refund.

Damaged items

In the event your item arrives with a fault please contact us immediately. All items are quality checked before dispatch so it is rare for one to slip past and be sent out.

Damage due to incorrect washing will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please refer to the correct washing instructions in the item's description and on our washing guide page.
